1. Request Your Haul
Open the Haulit Equine app and tap “Request Haul.” Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, pickup date, number of horses, breed, and any special needs or handling instructions. You can also filter drivers by trailer type and amenities that best suit your horses.
Upload your horse’s Coggins and health certificate directly through the app for verification. Include any special directions for the pickup or delivery location in the request profile to help your driver prepare.
2. Get Matched
Once submitted, you’ll instantly see available haulers near your pickup area, along with their ratings, reviews, and past trips. There are no hidden fees, just transparent driver-set rates.
Drivers review haul requests that fit their schedule and send a custom quote. You’ll receive notifications when quotes arrive and can simply tap “Accept” or “Decline.” Discounts for multiple horses may be offered at the hauler’s discretion.
3. Choose Your Hauler
Review your quotes and select the hauler that best matches your horse’s needs, trailer preference, and budget. You can message haulers directly through the app before booking.
Once you accept a quote, you’ll be prompted to complete secure payment within the app. Funds are held safely in escrow until delivery is confirmed. If a hauler cannot complete your haul and travel has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued automatically.
4. Track in Real Time
When your hauler arrives and loads your horses, they’ll click “Start Trip” in the app. This automatically activates GPS tracking, allowing you to watch your horse’s journey in real time.
You’ll receive instant updates on location, rest stops, weather delays, or traffic events directly in your profile, giving you full transparency from pickup to delivery.
5. Digital Paperwork
Every trip includes a digital Bill of Lading (BOL) confirming pickup, route, and delivery details. Drivers can use their existing forms or Haulit Equine’s in-app BOL for added convenience and compliance. All documents are stored securely in your profile for recordkeeping.
6. Safe Delivery
When your horse arrives at the destination, the hauler marks the trip as “Delivered.” You’ll receive a final confirmation in the app, along with delivery details and time stamp.
Only once this step is completed will payment be released to the hauler. Haulers cannot click “Delivered” until they reach the confirmed drop-off location.
7. Quick & Secure Payments
Your payment stays protected in escrow until delivery is verified. Funds are then released to the hauler within 1–2 business days. Haulit Equine’s secure payment system and verified driver network help keep scammers out of horse transportation, because your loved ones deserve safe hands.
