Haulit Equine Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose

The Haulit Equine Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of conduct required from all users, including horse owners, drivers, and visitors, to ensure safe, lawful, and respectful use of the Haulit Equine platform, website, and mobile app. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

2. General Conduct

Users must:
- Use the platform only for legitimate horse transport services.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all forms and communications.
- Maintain respectful, professional behavior toward other users, support staff, and partners.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FMCSA, DOT, and USDA/APHIS regulations.
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Haulit Equine:

A. Misuse of the Platform:
- Creating fraudulent accounts or impersonating others.
- Posting false or misleading transport requests or quotes.
- Circumventing platform payments, including offering or accepting off-platform payments or “cash hauls.”
- Attempting to manipulate pricing, ratings, or feedback systems.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, spam, or harmful code.

B. Unsafe or Illegal Conduct:
- Transporting horses or livestock without proper documentation (Coggins, health certificate).
- Using unregistered, unsafe, or non-compliant vehicles or trailers.
- Reckless driving, neglect, or abuse of animals in transport.
- Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons while conducting a haul.

C. Harassment & Abuse:
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or employees.
- Using discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory language or content.
- Sharing another user’s personal information without consent.

4. Platform Integrity

Users must not:
- Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform or Haulit Equine systems.
- Scrape, copy, or resell any platform data.
- Use the Haulit Equine brand, logo, or content without written authorization.

5. Enforcement

Haulit Equine may, at its sole discretion:
- Remove or edit content that violates this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate accounts immediately without refund for serious violations.
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
- Withhold pending payouts during investigation of fraudulent or prohibited conduct.

6. Reporting Violations

To report misconduct or suspected violations, email support@haulitequine.com or use the in-app “Report User” feature. All reports are confidential and reviewed by Haulit Equine’s Compliance Team.

7. Amendments

Haulit Equine reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
